1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the au2 platform through our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use au2's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and au2 as the platform operator. All users are required to comply with these terms without exception. au2 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform or your registered email.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of au2 services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the au2 platform.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
- All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by another party.
- If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact au2 customer support immediately.
Au2 will never ask for your password via email, messaging, or any other channel. Be vigilant against scam attempts or phishing using the au2 name.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Au2 platform users agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the au2 platform:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity, including money laundering.
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the system or games.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our support team.
- Distributing harmful, obscene, or rights-infringing content through this platform.
- Attempting to access other users' data or restricted areas of the system that you are not authorised to access.
Au2 reserves the right to take appropriate action against users who violate any of the above rules, including suspending or closing the account and forfeiting any balances involved in the violating activity.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the au2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered under their own name.
Au2 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods available in Malaysia. Processing times and transaction limits may vary depending on the method selected. For full details on available payment methods, please refer to the Help section of the platform.
- Deposits: All deposits are subject to a verification process. au2 reserves the right to decline any deposit that raises suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed once the user's account has been fully verified. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except under certain circumstances.
- Declined transactions: au2 is not liable for any losses resulting from failed transactions caused by third-party errors, such as those from banks or e-wallet providers.
- Taxes: Users are responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations relating to their winnings in accordance with Malaysian law.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to au2 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Au2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review process, unless the closure is a result of a terms violation.
Limitation of Liability
Au2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or device damage. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and au2 makes no warranties regarding the availability or timeliness of its services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the au2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of au2 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from au2.
Third-Party Links
The au2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. au2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
6. Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
Au2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated to users via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
